Because the property owners lived out of the country and rented the house out, they no longer wanted the liability of the Ellicott City pool. This recent project was a Bowie Pool Removal. The homeowner contacted Carroll Bros. Contracting because they were prepared to remove the pool from their backyard. In fact, the owners never used the pool the entire time they’d owned the house. As a result, it was just an eyesore and it took up space that could have been used in other ways.

This was a large vinyl liner inground swimming pool with a slide. Ultimately, the homeowners were getting ready to sell the house, and they realized that the pool was not going to be a selling feature. We removed the whole structure of the swimming pool walls and liner and hold everything away. As shown below, the results of the Millersville pool removal were black and white in comparison.

Another one of our recent projects was an in-ground pool removal located in Edgewater, Maryland. The pool had a small vinyl liner with lots of concrete retaining walls and brickwork that needed to be removed. The homeowners were anxious to remove the pool as the concrete decking and the pool itself took up the entire backyard. So, the homeowners decided to contact Carroll Bros. Contracting to permanently remove their pool and add space to their backyard.

The vinyl liner pool had lots of vegetation growing up around it. Also, the pool was in the woods which made it hard for the water to adequately warm up for swimming.
