Upon our initial inspection of the site, we realized that there was very limited access. We sat down with the homeowners to formulate the best solution. First of all, everyone agreed that we needed a plan that would least impact the surrounding environment. The homeowners requested that, if possible, for our crew to not remove any trees or damage foliage. This is a common concern we hear from many homeowners. Therefore, before beginning demolition, our crew built an access road which enabled us to maneuver the tight space.
