Kent Island Pool and Greenhouse Removal
The property manager of this home in the Kent Island/Chester, MD area, contacted Carroll Bros about a pool and greenhouse removal. The house had gone through the foreclosure process. It was bank owned, and being prepared for the real estate market.
The agent representing the property contacted us about completely removing the inground vinyl liner pool and a partially inground concrete greenhouse. Knowing that a covered over pool needs to be legally disclosed in any real estate dealings, the agent requested the pool and greenhouse be withdrawn entirely from the property.
The greenhouse top was demolished, and the concrete drilled up and hauled away. The vinyl liner of the pool was pulled out. We then proceeded to break up the concrete pool walkway and hauled the remaining concrete away. After that, the galvanized steel frame was dismantled and removed. All debris was transported off the property.
We then prepared the holes to be filled by importing all the dirt into the yard. The yard was completely backfilled and regraded for proper drainage. We then stabilized the yard with grass seed and hay. The result is that we eliminated all traces of the pool and greenhouse. Their existence never needs to be disclosed, removing any possible real estate headaches.
