Silver Spring Pool Removal
One of our most recent projects was a pool removal in Silver Spring, Maryland. The homeowners wanted to remove the pool because of lack of use and to decrease liability. They also traveled a lot out of the country, giving them less time to enjoy the pool overall. And, although the pool was in relatively good shape, the owners were prepared to move on. Therefore, they contacted Carroll Bros. Contracting to begin the process of their Silver Spring pool removal. As depicted below, the results of the pool removal were day and night in comparison.
Before
After
The first step in the Silver Spring pool removal was to drain the remaining water out of the existing pool. Then, we removed the whole structure of the swimming pool walls, as well as the diving board and the surrounding concrete pavers. After that, we hauled away all of the materials and recycled the reusable objects. We then regraded the yard and filled in the excess space with topsoil. The results of the pool removal display a rejuvenated, spacious backyard for the homeowners to design however they please.
If you are looking to demo your pool, make sure to call a professional pool removal company. It might seem like a simple task to destroy and in-fill a pool. If not done properly, you could destroy your property. In fact, we have seen things like sinkholes, or not having the yard regraded (which can lead to flooding of the yard or house).
