Another one of our recent projects was an inground concrete pool removal in Annapolis, Maryland. The homeowners had lived in the house for many many years and had the pool installed over 30 years ago. However, as they aged, they have realized that a swimming pool was no longer needed. Additionally, it was becoming a hassle to maintain because of all the mature trees in the neighbor’s yards that surrounding them. The trees also made it difficult for the pool to heat up in the summertime. Also, the existing grading around the swimming pool made it harder to cut grass and maintain the yard. This property owner contacted us while we were working on the first pool and explained that he had been looking for a company to remove his pool. It ended up making more sense for the homeowners to remove the vinyl liner pool, which ended up being a lot less expensive.
