Another one of our recent projects was an inground concrete pool removal in Annapolis, Maryland. The homeowners had lived in the house for many many years and had the pool installed over 30 years ago. However, as they aged, they have realized that a swimming pool was no longer needed. Additionally, it was becoming a hassle to maintain because of all the mature trees in the neighbor’s yards that surrounding them. The trees also made it difficult for the pool to heat up in the summertime. Also, the existing grading around the swimming pool made it harder to cut grass and maintain the yard. Once the homeowners contacted Carroll Brother Contracting, we began to formulate a plan for the pool removal.

Queenstown Pool Removal

One of our most recent projects was a Queenstown pool removal in Queen Anne’s County, Maryland. The new homeowners were anxious to start the process of removing the inground vinyl liner swimming pool. They realized that it was in bad shape and had not been used for several years. Interestingly, this was one of the first projects for the new homeowners, as the entire property was undergoing a complete transformation. Rosedale Project Two

This Rosedale project was another inground vinyl liner swimming pool that was only six houses away from our last pool removal in Rosedale. This property owner contacted us while we were working on the first pool and explained that he had been looking for a company to remove his pool. This swimming pool was in bad shape and had not been used for years. The homeowner also wanted additional space for his dog which was the main reason for getting rid of the pool. Once the homeowner got in touch with Carroll Brothers Contracting, we immediately go to work on planning the pool removal.

Rosedale Pool Removal

Our most recent project was a pool removal in Rosedale, Baltimore County. The pool walls failed because of groundwater issues on the property. And, ultimately the cost to repair the pool was too significant for the homeowner. It ended up making more sense for the homeowners to remove the vinyl liner pool, which ended up being a lot less expensive. So, they called upon Carroll Brothers Contracting to formulate a plan to remove their pool. The results of the project met all expectations.

Ellicott City Pool Rebuild

One of our recent projects was an Ellicott City pool rebuild. This was a small in-ground fiberglass pool that the homeowners no longer wanted. Also, the pool was very narrow which made it dangerous when their children jumped into it. This recent project involved the removal of a vinyl liner lap pool in Baltimore County. The homeowner, a very elderly gentleman in his 90s, worked with us to get this project completed. The family intended to get the house ready for sale, and they knew that a swimming pool of poor condition in the woods would not be a selling point.
